Organic seed. Blue-purple spirit pea/blue pea. Ripe pods are spritzed (opened) and the sweet peas are eaten fresh or slightly pre-cooked. Tender pods can be eaten like sugar peas. For storage, allow to dry on the plant. So in batches for even supply. Peas fertilize the soil. Feel free to grow them in different places each year.
