Lovely Asian leafy vegetable. The dark green leaves grow in a low, compact rosette. Harvest individual leaves or the whole plant. Good for frying with garlic and serving with fish or meat. For even supply, sowing should be done every few weeks. Cover with non-woven fabric for protection against insect pests. Tolerates a lot of frost in the fall.
